At the heart of The Well Network lies a tightly-knit DNA, driven by core values that shape every aspect of our mission.

Rigorous Training and Equipping

Aspiring church planters undergo an 18-24 month residency; a comprehensive program designed to train and equip them for the challenges of church planting in both theology and practical ministry skills.

Community and Collective Wisdom

Planters are not trained alone but as part of a connected network, drawing on shared wisdom and experience. They receive hands-on training and serve at one of our plants while learning from a diverse group of seasoned planters. This ensures a well-rounded and robust preparation. The mantra, "We do this together," is more than a saying—its our practice.

Proven Track Record of Success

We proudly reflect on the Lord’s work in our midst: in just seven years, six churches have been planted, and over 323 individuals have been baptized. These things speak not only to our commitment but also to the effectiveness of our approach.
